Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had sore throat and bad cough for a month but cough is gone now but i still feel like coughing sometimes and throat feels scratchy because of post nasal drip. There is some white mass near one tonsil and there is a white layer kind of thing in almost whole mouth. Yesterday i had some inflammation inside lower lip. I have attached all the pictures of throat and inner lip. There is also one mole size spot on right cheek with no pain. Please tell me what is it.

Recently I done my VNG test for my balance problem when standing the report I attached here what is meaning of it and I done my mri brain and it was normal and the ent doctor has given me a b12 and thamine injection for alternative 5days what happened to me

Fifteen days ago I drove for approx 500 km through a lot of dry dusty environment and also used the AC a lot...After that my right nostril was blocked for most of the time..but the left nostril is clear...but there is not much mucus in the nose...also I occasionally got little amount of blood(just a tinge of red) in the mucus from right nostril...Please help

My brother age is 18 years old, he is facing pain in right ear. Then we visited an ENT he is saying nothing wrong in ear , all is good there. No wax build up. But took some ear drops and medicines , the pain decreased. But today ear pain again started, pain above ear brows. Please guide me why it is happening again.

Doctor prescribed Azithromicine 500 for 5 days Levocitrizin 5mg Gargle with Betadin 2% I have continued this treatment since 5 days however I still have no improvement. Kindly suggest.
