Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Before I suffered  from cold,cough.  Now i Don't have cough n cold. But now during running nose blood also come.

Since past few months im facing hearing issues in left year. If i hear a loud voice my eardrums vibrate sometimes. I can feel that my ears from inside have become weak probably because of huge amount of wax/dirt accumulated inside the ear. What remedies can i do at home for relief?

I am suffering from snoring problem , please help me on this. I am snoring very badly at the time of  sleeping .please suggest something to cure this snoring problem.

I have tried all the medicines even sucralfate oxetacaine syrup I have history of the reflux of the food particles at throat Lot of burping after meals i am suffering from left side pain while swallowing pain is extreme and tingling sensation radiates to the neck i am frightened about malignancy bcuse i have smoking history now i abstinate all the things but pain wont go away Previous ent expert say its pharyngitis but why it dont go away plz help me Pain Just releived after exercise plz

Since 2days he is suffering from throat pain please suggest me what can I do for the relexation regarding this pain.

I had mild fever and throat dryness, itching and no other symptoms . I have isolated myself Rapid test came negative and RTPCR is scheduled for tomorrow. I don't have fever now but itching in throat and mild pain is irritating, what medicine I should take .

From past 2and half months I am experiencing dizziness and light swaying problems when standing I recently done my mri and CT of brain and it was normal then I consulted ent and he done vng test and he gave me b12 and thamine injections and my b12 levels are 197 le tell me what is my problem I am attaching my veg report here

She has blocked nose too often it gets blocked can you suggest some medications for this? She is not allergic to anything but often she gets like this
