Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having redness and pain in my mouth near the teeth and under the tongue. Problem in eating hot and spicy food. Please suggest !

My mom is facing swallowing issue .. Upper GI endoscopy and biopsy done but again she is facing swallowing Problem... Report attached .. kindly suggest to whome i should consult for permanent solution

I've had this constant problem of tonsil stones for a while now.Around a week back I tried very aggressively by coughing and applying pressure with my jaw and tongue to remove it from my throat because it was disturbing me and was successful.But that wasn't the issue a day or two after I did that there has been constant pain in the upper left side of my throat.It hurts when I eat sometimes and and has not healed.I'm not 100% completely sure that what I did to get my tonsil stones out is the cause though it's the most probable cause.What's worrisome is that it hasn't healed in so long.The area is sore and hurts.I'm pretty sure it's my tonsils that have infected or swollen.Even when I touch the area in under the back part of my jaw close to the pinna of the ear it hurts.

A cigarette smoking like smell is sticked to my nose and experiencing always for the past 4 days and having irritating/burning sensation. I am feeling uncomfortable and restless. But, I am not having any smoking habit. How can I get rid off from that smell?
