Nasal congestion

Post my covid in apr21 i am having massive nasal congestion and blockage the entire winters without any discharge and now I am down with flu and having massive discharge sneezing and congestion as much i have to take otrivin oxy 2 time for easy breathing. My physician told me to consult ENT as my nasal turbnates might be swollen. Kindly suggest if it's ok to use otrivin regularly or any spray, exercise might help ease it and help me sleep at night and work normally during the day.

Hi Aman,There's an issue of nasal congestion as per your complaints. You should undergo nasal Endoscopy to diagnose it in first place. You can be sure what exactly the problem is, by that. Do Not Take Otrivin repeatedly, it may result in Rhinitis Medicamentosa. Consult In person
