Treatment will depend on the type of sinusitis and extend of inflammation. In Chronic Rhino-sinusitis appropriate medical therapy is given with steroid nasal washes, occasional antihistaminic, antibiotics etc. These days there are monoclonal antibodies, zumabs are also used but very costly. Finally surgical patenisation is done if appropriate medical therapy doesn’t produce the desired results
