White spot on tonsil
I have a white spot on my right tonsil for nearly 8 months...1week ago i gargel with salt water for a few days and the white spot completely gone but from last two days i am seeing it coming back slightly...very light pain during food sawolling its very rare pain sometimes feeling and sometimes no pain...i am attaching two photograph of my tonsils.

Maintain good oral hygiene, eat healthy, avoid spicy fried, oily, junk foods.
Gargle with betadine 1tsf diluted in half glass of water three times a day.
