QUERY REGARDING RUNNY NOSE AND ANTIHISTA
My mother always suffers from runny nose and nasal allergies. Doctor had prescribed her with Allegra-M ( Fexofenadine+ Montelukast) with Acebrophylline and also with Montair LC ( Montelukast + Levoceterazine) but nothing seems to work after an year or two.
Is there any better medicine than the above two which can effectively deal with runny nose and nasal allergies?

Yes Sir u can give ua mother fluticasone furoate nasal spray 2 puff twice a day in each nostril, tablet prulastin m bed time.
