If there is any respiratory problems or cough consult urgently ENT if above symptoms are not there it pass in stool

If he swallowed yesterday, it will come out automatically while he defecate.
Still if you are worried, x Ray chest and abdomen will tell the exact the site of pearl.

Sometimes it passes away... But x-rays after reporting at hospital ...
