My brother is having small pea sized moving 3 lumps in neck portion...what could be the reason not painful nothing if pressed it moves getting worried...

How old is your brother? Any other issues lik cough ? Throat pain , fever ...how long hav u notices tese ? Can be reactive lymphadenopathy but need to rule out cause for the same
