  4. Stiches on earlobe are swelling. Why?

Stiches on earlobe are swelling
I have undergone a minute surgery for sebaceous cyst on my earlobe about 2.5 years ago. But the stitches are now swelling and reddness is occurring and puss also .Why?

Its called abcess,  that is pus collection. Kindly consult  for further evaluations
