App doesn't work
I am trying an appointment at Apollo, Bannerghatta but always says "something went wrong". Very inconvenient to use Practo app.

Just close and open the app again, this happens with any app when used repeatedly. Still if the problem persists update the app from play-store/ google play. One last resort u can do is uninstall and reinstall the app. After repeatedly using lots of cookies and cache and other unwanted data gets collected in the app leading to slowing and repeat crashing of the app. By updating or uninstalling and reinstalling u will refreshen the app and it will work seamlessly. Rest assured Sir/Ma’am Practo is the best tele-consultation app in the whole world, trust me I am not exaggerating, as a doctor I have used lot of tele-consultation platforms but I found practo to be best both for patients and doctors.
