Tounge look like small burns
Hello,
Recent got fever and throat infection with dry cough , fever cured in one day after paracetamol one day course , but throat infection cleared after three days taken azee 250 twice , but mild cough some time coming sometime ,but my tounge look like this in pic , no issue in eating ltaking neurobion forte in afternoon , still its not cleared . What could be the reason . After fever then only my tounge look like this . Plz look in attachment .
