Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have neck swelling in right side without pain, when I touch it feels like hard, I consulted many doctors over the serval months and treat it but I didn't get expected results, in my CT scan and sonography reports suggested that TB disease but biopsy report said that kimura unknown disease, I have been started treatment of kimura disease but I didn't get desire results, my swelling is keep increasing and I have got side effects of treatment so please suggest me proper way to cure my disease.

I had pain in neck and below chin. Ihave sinus from childhood and i am taking montel lc tablet. I have consulted ent specialist he has prescribed for neck usg. 1) The result is "well defined isoechoic wider than tallr lesion with spongiform area noted in right love measuring 1.0×0.5 cm,showing peripheral vascularity. 2) few enlarged lymph nodes noted in bilateral level 2 largest measuring 1.2×1.2 cm on right side and 1.4×1.0 on left side with maintained fatty hilum. Do I have a cancer based on this??

At front tongue  burning sensation not able to eat spicy food and left side of tongue needle pain when swallowing saliva from 2months No bumps/ulcers  or white and red patches in tongue and around mouth. What could be the reason can please any one help me with this problem . Thanks in advance.

I have been suferring breathing problems especially while speaking from past 1 year , i had been doing rounds of doctots since then but thr cause of the problem was not identifid as all reports ( chest x ray , pft , echo , ecg ) were normal but EOSINOPHILL count was high , so doctors gave me anti allergic tablets but it came of no use , however last month on visiting the ent doctor here , on laryngoscopy it was found that right arytenoid overrides the vocal cord on phonation ...but the doctors here are unable to treat this..what should be done now . i have the video footage of laryngoscopy.

Doctor given 500 fepanil for 5 years old. Can we give that. Doctor checked and then given above tablet. Usually for 10 years 500 ok. But for 5 years this is ok.

Hello I am having issues hearing from my right ear after water went into it while in the pool. This happened 3 weeks ago Pls advise

Phelegm keep accumulating on right side meanwhile nose also seems to be taking less air on that side, feels like something stuck between nose and throat . While treating eye infection ,i was prescribed moxikind CV 625 tablets for 5 days twice a day .. I noticed my throat and nose felt better ... Later on found, that this medicine is also used to treat sinusitis and other ent related infection But as i stopped using the medication after 5 days Again the same thing begin .now i dont know how long and what dosage i should take of this medication or not.. Help

I am 20 years old ( female ).I had sinusitis and I often suffered from cold ,headache and sore throat particularly in winter. From past three days I suffered from stiff neck , headache and fever. I consul ENT .She give a antibiotics and now I recover from fever  but stiff neck is not gone.But when I saw side to side I feel pain in behind the eye and forehead also.Is this meningitis or any serious issue? Or Is this normal?
