Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I read that in India a few cases of N Fowleri were found. If while washing hair or face, some water enters nose and if we blow nose to get it out, can water actually get sucked up to the sinus as a result? Will it cause the amoeba to go up the brain from sinus?

Lack of smell and test from last 1.6 yrs..at first its minimum bt now its almost none... ENT doctor give me staroids medice bt after 2 weeks same problem has started... then refer for operation ...can homiopathy cure ALLERGIC FUNGAL SINUSITY from root ???

At present situation, I am feeling good, but there is a little bit of dizziness and pounding heartbeat above 100. I am also mentioning here that I had precautionary dose in May 2022. Is it onset of symptoms of covid? What shall I do now?
