Blood clot in phlegm
I am having a terrible sore throat with white pus points in the tonsils and it's been 3 days I have been gargling with betadine
The phlegm has been dirty yellow to yellow and to clear today but I saw a blood clot attached here for the first time

Drowsiness from multiple drugs
I am on a 10 day medication course for the treatment of dry cough (i will be attaching the list of medication alongwith the query). Alongside that i take the antidepressant (escitalopram) and a mood stabilizer (licab).
I am drowsy and sleepy throughout the day, is it advisable to discontinue with any of the medicines? Which ones?
