Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My 5yr old daughter is having pharyngitis from Sunday after she took water outside,had fever 1 day, but no cold symptoms or cough at all. Wants to know can she have head bath ( for a ceremony reason) ?

I've attached the report of PNS CT scan. I am really pissed off with nose blockage. Also having pre asthma and taking inhaler (budamate) and allergic medicines. My Marriage is in next month (very cold weather) and i am really scared now. Shall I get the surgery done or anh medication will help? CT scan impression: - The study reveals evidence of polypoidal mucosal wall thickening involving right maxillary sinus suggestive of polyp. - Deviation of nasal septum with bony spur and convexity towards left side is seen causing indentation over left middle-inferior turbinate.

Last 2 month i have a low grade fever and white tongue i done CBC monocytes 1 percent and esr 26 last week hiv 1/2 rapid test done its show non reactive Please advise me what hiv test best

I had a mastoidectomy + tympanoplasty more than 3 weeks ago. Afterwards I used to hear dub dub sounds occasionally. Now since yesterday I'm hearing it more often and today I heard it continuously for around 20-30 minutes. There's no pain though. Can anyone explain what might be causing it? The sounds occur more often if I'm commuting and there's some potholes ahead.

Initially I had throat pain couple of weeks. I used home medication like gargling, inhaling hot steam etc. but that didn't help. Initially it improved and I feel like having throat pain again.
