My throat hurts, my nose is congested
My nose is congested, especially when i try to sleep and my head hurts when i bend , my throat hurts when i try to swallow and it hurts when i cough. The cough is very dry.
Can i please get some help??

You have upper respiratory infection, take steam inhalation,warm saline gargle,
Nasivion nasal drops 3 drops 3 times for 5 days
Montek LC 1 at night for 5 days
Paracetamol 650 mg 2 to 3 times for 3 days
Throat need to be examined, accordingly further medication
Spo2 chart
Visit a nearby ent doctor or do online consultation
