I feel like a huge lump of mucus is stuck in the junction of nose and throat. It is irritating me and making me feel breathless. No matter how many times I try to gulp it, nothing happens. It stays stuck there. Given the covid scenario, I won't be able to visit any doctor.
Is there anything I can do to relieve this uneasiness.
It's been 3 days.
I don't have any other symptoms.
I'm confused as to what it is.
