Any recent history of cold, nasal block, traver at high altitude? Do a pure tone audiometry and tympanometry if hearing is affected and if any pressure in the ear. Visit a near by ent doctor.

Any cough or cold??
It can be eustasian tube dysfunction also. Kindly visit a nearby ent surgeon for further evaluation.
