Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My throat is paining alot. It's not tonsillitis because I'm not having Problems in swallowing the food. I DON'T KNOW what it is but at one point while touching it's paining alot. It's internal swelling or what's it I don't know. Can you please tell me what is it and what could be the reasons ?

She got constant nose blockage after getting one day fever for whiche she took treatment of 3 days , after that only nose blockage is persistent. Sometimes she got one side block which open when she change her side during laying and vice versa. And sometimes both side got blocked and have to take breath by mouth. One thing is noticable that when she get out of the house ,her nose seems to be in unblocked after 20-30 min and as she gets home it's got blocked again. she tried every possible thing like medicine , steaming , heat application . What to do ?

It's been 3 months after septoplasty. My right nostril is severly congested so I can't breathe properly always feel blockage in the palate area. CT-PNS is normal except 8×8 mm septal perforation found . I am doing nasal wash in night regularly . Plz suggest 🙏 your valuable advice.
