Tinnitus could be various causes,systemic and local . Need clinical evaluation, audiology tests to find out any pathology.

It can be due to eustachian tube catarrah
Use decongestants (Sinaret tablet daily twice) and nasal drops (otrivin)and take steam inhalation for a week and see it may subside
Firstly Go to an ENT specialist and get ur ears checked, see if wax is touching ur tympanic membrane and get it removed if present

First get ur tinnitus evaluated. Some tests are needed to understand the cause and further treatment. Discuss in person to an otolaryngologist
