Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a  problem suffering from throat pain and swelling I don't know the actual cause it's on and off pain in my throat my left side tonsil also swells and I saw something off white kind patch left side  on the tonsil.its a any transmitted infection or viral infection that's I want to know.

My mother (42yo) had her tympanoplasty surgery 2days ago and now she's home. She's suffering from alot of pain inspite of taking all medicines. Is there anything that we can do to ease her pain a little?

Good evening, I've been facing dry nasal blockage for few months now and I'm using nasal spray (MUCORIS) every now and then to open the congestion. This spray helps me relieve blockage for few hours or sometimes minutes but this nasal blockage doesn't go away. One of an OPD nurse checked my nose & told me i have polyps that keeps it blocked. Can someone prescribe me any medication that will permanently help me rid out of it?

Hello doctors. I have been facing dizziness issue since a month and my cardiologist gave me to take stemetil md 5mg for 1 month and refer to ENT. My ENT doctor gave me 2 medicine to take 1. Migrafree plus for 1 month 2. Mgd3 for 1 month. Will these medicine work and stop my dizziness and can I take it with my nebicard 2.5mg for sinus tachycardia issue.

3 days ago, while i chat with my family there was sharp pain in my neck area and after that when i tilt my head to the right there is pain going down my neck and when I press ( i didn't  press hard) the area (left side) where i feel my pulse and nearby areas,  it hurts. Is it because of some muscle strain or other problems? Should i go for check up?

I have a right jaw pain from long time. It keeps coming and going. I had a wisdom tooth which I got it removed a year back. I keep biting my inner cheek regularly. Jaw line is tender to touch and has some swelling. The pain starts below the year to middle of the jaw and finally to the front of the jaw on the right side. I am attaching OPG X Ray which i got it. Please guide. What can be the reason .?
