Nodules in Voice box
I am new in teaching profession & due to continuous usage of my voice box my voice has changed. I even feel tired a lot more than before. I feel my energy is getting drained without usage. I feel sleepy. I take atleast 8 hours sleep daily still.

You might be having some underlying systemic issue which is causing tiredness or you may be short on quality sleep. Voice might have changed due to vocal overuse and abuse. Get yourself evaluated by a physician and an ENT Surgeon ( for voice change). You need to rest your voice meanwhile. Speak only when necessary and don’t shout or whisper.
