For Adenoids my 2.9 yr old has been given medicine Azee and Syrup Mucolite and nasal spray,after giving her these medicines she has got fever...can fever come after giving antibiotics,plz suggest

I have tinnitus for the past 5 years, it was manageable but due to the recent cold and fever it got triggered again now I have loud tinnitus and sensitivity to sound, my both ear pain to a certain level of sound and it gets block. Please help me. Please find the attached PTA report

My husband is 30 years old; from childhood, he has had a deviated nose, which has caused no harm or pain till today. Recently. We visited ENT for my ear pain, and when the doctor saw him, he tested his throat and nose; there were no tonsils or problems found. The doctor suggested a CT scan for him for his deviating nose. Now he is suggesting that we go for septoplasty surgery. Please suggest whether we should go for the surgery.? Is it mandatory if a person has deviated nose? And also, he doesn't have any breathing or sinus issues till now. But he has the problem of bad breath and snoring. For this reason, should we go for surgery?
