Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi can impacted wisdom tooth cause diziness? I have 4 impacted tooth and feeling loss of balance since a year now. Had neck pain also. Very mild bulges were there in c4-c5-c6. I feel pain behind ears jaw near scm muscle too and behind the neck under head. One wisdom tooth is near the nerve.

I have something struck in my throat for 1 month.. it feels like cough.. when i try to remove that cough coming.. but its not totally removed. Sometimes i have little throat pain. I dont have issue of acid reflux..

Has a history of sinus. For the past 15 days suffering from blocked nose, difficulty in breathing through nose, cold and cough. Please suggest medication.

Throat Infection with fever from yesterday night. I have severe throat irritation. Not able to drink water properly.

I have swollen taste buds at the back of my tongue since 2017 .Is this normal.I don't have any pain and discomfort but I got scared when  I get researched about it in Google site .It almost kill me .please suggest me how it will go.

Hello Doctor, My Mother is having a problem in her ear. she is 50 yrs old and it's been sometimes she is unable to listen properly so we need to raise the voice a little bit high so that she can listen to it. Pls let us know what could be a problem.

I have noticed recently my Adams apple seems bigger than usual & also it is noticed by others. Should I get it checked or its normal.

My 10yr old son is feeling pressure in his temples and below eyebrows after doing jal neti. He has excessive mucus production in nose and nose was blocked during jal neti today. Water did not flow through the left nostril due to block and head started feeling heavy. Only a little water was poured around 4 to 6 teaspoon amount and we stopped it immediately. His dizzy feeling stopped soon but pressure in temples and below eyebrows is continuing. He feels like water is still present in the head. Is this normal or we should seek medical help.

My son is feeling little dizzy and heaviness in his head. Also feeling pressure in his temples and below eyebrows. What should I do to reduce this problem and is this normal when doing jal neti. He just started jal neti 3 days back to counter his excessive mucus production in nose. Despite not having any cold.
