Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Good evening! I have thyroid nodule in my neck & multiple lymph nodes just beside them. In January i have done t3, t4, TSH test it was normal. Now, from few days I'm seeing hair fall in excess & shoulder, legs also started paining and its not going away. Is it due to my thyroid nodule? I'm not taking any medication for the same.

I'm suffering from sore throat from last one week. i had visited to the Dr. but still there is no any improvement. from last 3-4 days I'm also suffering from left ear pain with sore throat. pain while swallowing pain in early morning please suggest me what should i do?

I have itchy red throat with white or clear sticky sputum from three months . My serum ige was high when checked .. I sometimes start coughing a lot nd it goes away on its own after some time after I use nasal wash . But what is this and what needs to be done ? I can't figure out if it's allergy or something..

I have severe pain in my right ear. Pain is all over ear , ear canal , jaw and head now. I entered a pin for itching my ear. Now its paining and swelled.

I started feeling flu symptoms on Friday morning. With high temperature, headache, body pain. While the other subsided after taking meds till Sunday, I now have prickly throat. Even eating rice is difficult. Am surviving on soups n boiled/mashed things since Monday. And the bodyache has returned too. Last night I puked a little and realised there are few bumps/lumps in the begining of tongue (towards the throat) Even lozenges can provide very little comfort

I am wearing a tooth bridge from past 4 years and a month back it came out and now after refixing it I have pain in cheek bone forehead and neck. What xray should I take to know the condition if I have sinus and cervical spondylosis as the pain is much in right side of neck and jaw pain when opened mouth. Have attached the opg xray.

Hello Dr.. I had a serious ear surgery in December 2020... Around 1.5years ago. .. but I feel sometime minor pain and sensation around my ear muscles. Whenever I try to wear glasses it pains around... Why ? After 1.5years why it's not feel like another ear.

Discomfort and swelling on right side of throat. Diagnosed with small nodule isthmus in 2020, july month. Feeling heaviness, discomfort and swelling in throat since last 7month but it's not regular. It happens twice in month. Stress and cold things affect more.

I am prone to sinus infection and get treated every time. But, most of the times I feel so cold in one of my nostrils. I don't understand whether I have cold in real or it is just that I have cold nostril. Should I follow the treatment of cold whenever I feel the same? Or there is any home remedies I can follow? It would be really helpful if i get any help. Thank you
