Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Is it safe to remove the hyoid bone if it is dislocated. What could be the alternative treatment to a dislocated hyoid bone?

When I sleep I get nose blockage on the left nostril when sleeping on my left and vice versa and if swith sides the blockage gets transfered to other nostril please help?

I have allergic rhinitis and sneeze almost everyday. I always have a feeling to clear my throat as there's mucus accumulation there all the time, and they come out as clear jelly balls, after taking antihistamine it goes away for few days but again comes back. I don't have cough or anything but to relieve the feeling to clear throat I have to cough once/twice to get that out of my system. What to do?

Hi, I have been experiencing imbalance and heaviness in head since 2.5 months. My blood test results shows vitamin d and vit b12 deficiency. MRI brain and spine came normal. No other problem. Cervical issue also not there. No ear pain or discharge. But I hear ringing sound at night when there is silence around. Can this dizziness and imbalance be due to ear problem? Can I take vertin tablets for this? Pls suggest

Over a month i have white spot on my tongue like ring worm, which is not ride of yet.. I am worried about it now.. May i know which specialist i will need to show my tongue or which primary treatment start on white spot of tongue. Thank you in advance

It's been a week now that I feel very irritating in my throat. It feels like there's something stuck inside and it is not going down. I drank plenty of water but it didn't help. I tried to see it in the mirror also but I couldn't see anything inside. I am able to breathe and eat though. Please tell me what can be the reason for this irritating throat. Is it a serious problem I am worried about??
