Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've been using Azeflo nasal spray for the past 4 days and my throat has become sore and I got slight dry cough yesterday. I had read that sore throat and cough were side effects. Should I stop using the spray? Or is it alright to continue? I was given this spray because I got diagnosed with Eustachian tube catarrh and retracted eardrum.

For the last 1 year I used to practice singing in a loud voice.  But for the last 6 months I don't sing anymore.  Could my vocal chords be a problem in the future because of the 1 year I sang in a high voice? I am fearing this issue. Pls help me

How many days to use clearwax before going to the clinic to get the ear wax  removed . Last wax removal procedure was few years ago

My throat only likes hot water, if I drink slight cold water my throat gets Cold and uncomfortable, I feel like cold balls are blocking my throat

Age:51, female Thyroid and pressure controlling Medicine BP:12/80 measured after the facial problem. Ear ache with righ side of the face deformed suddenly. Cold problem and watery eye in red. No slurred speech. Doctor said it's Bell's Palse. CT scan showed everything normal. Can TIA be ruled out?

Good morning doctor, I have dry mouth problem for last couple of days because of stress and dehydration. Today I feel one red bump on the back of tongue when I cleaning tongue by finger. It feels on the right side and there is no bump in left side. When i pull my tongue I saw a red bump on back of throat. Not feel any irritation. I am so much worried. It is cancer or normal. I go to ENT surgeon it said it is lingual tonsil and suggest some medicine. Please tell lingual tonsil is normal or serious condition. Please help I am not sleep for 2 days. I am so much worried. Should I go for other doctors???

I am on tb treatment for four months Having these white bumps on the mouth after coughing from last month not resolving... Constantly feeling something in throut may be because of these bumps? Feels like pimples... Is it dangerous
