Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Past one year i have pain in throat.. When i eat food its like something stuck and also pain ..then it became normal in 1 month Now in 2 3 days it's pain and stuck .. what's the reason and what to do please suggest... I feel something in my throat...

My ear swells. More during cold weather and a bit of pain. And a stinky smell. Thick watery paste comes out.

There's a part in my throat/neck on the right side that feels stiff and uncomfortable. it also feels slightly swollen inside but nothing of the sort is seen outside. it's been 3 days, i thought it's something that will eventually fix itself but since it's the third day today i am worried. there's no other problem, i don't have trouble swallowing and there's no pain apart from that specific area feeling the way i described. what could this be and what could i do to help it?

I was a smoker and quit aroad a year ago now i feel little pain in my mouth pls suggest what to do is this something serious?

I have been on tb treatment for 4 months... After coughing for one month i developed these white bumps in my mouth & tonsil area.. these hardly cause pain but feel like something in throut & full of throut, one month not resolving still there.. what are these what is the treatment plan i am on still tb medication

My ear is paining and inside it I can see some whitish thing in my ear. I have used ciplax drop in my ear and it didn't work out.

I feel my eardrum movement in right when i exahale. It quite uncomfortable. I also have tinnitus in right ear. I was diagnosed with drs in right side. One doctor said septoplasty can improve this Et disfunction, what are your opinions?
