White tongue and low grade fever 1 month
I have a white tongue and low grade fever in mouth temperature 99 f  sence 1 month I done CBC my monocytes level is 1 percent and esr 26 and other value ok Please advise me what I do

If your tongue is coated and having fever can be a symptom of Typhoid fever.Usually typhoid presents with 100+ f fever.but there can be some chronic cases where it can persist for months. There are other reasons for tongue coating as well, but for that you need to be seen.

White tongue is the result of an overgrowth and swelling of the fingerlike projections (papillae) on the surface of your tongue. The appearance of a white coating is caused by debris, bacteria and dead cells getting lodged between the enlarged and sometimes inflamed papillae.
