Looks like you have developed keloid due to repeated piercing and infection.

Avoid repeated piercing. If a hypertrophied scar or keloid has formed it will require excision or intra lesional steroid injection. Kindly consult physically so that the swelling can be examined and accordingly treated. Once removed do not pierce your nose until complete healing has occurred which may require upto 6 weeks.

Repeated piercing resulted in Keloid. The tissue in your nose may completely reject the jewelry and begin pushing it out. This is normally the case when the jewelry is placed wrongly. The stud may be bigger in size than the nose tissue could handle, or in other cases, the coating of jewelry may be off-putting.
