I have an infected nose piercing and blood comes out but my friend gave me fusidic acid cream do you think this will help?

Infected nose stud is usually secondary to reaction towards the nose stud itself. Fusidic acid cream will help on overcoming infection but along with that you may need to remove the nose stud for few days. If your symptoms persist then you may need to take oral antibiotics too
