I have a nose piercing that is about 2 years old. Yesterday I tried changing my nose pin. One pin was tight, and when I tried a slightly bigger pin it caused sharp pain and a little bleeding inside the piercing. I also felt dizzy briefly at that time, which settled after resting.
I removed the jewellery and left it overnight. Today there is no swelling or pain, but when I tried to reinsert my usual small nose pin, it would not pass through fully and caused sharp pain and slight bleeding again. I’m worried the piercing tract has narrowed or partially closed. I dont feel any pain or swelling as of now. I would like it examined and safely reopened if possible, as I don’t want the piercing to close.

Yes you need to get your nose examined as there was an episode of bleed the piercing would got blocked with blood clots that’s why you couldn’t put the nose pin back
You need to get the blood clots cleared and use ointment to avoid infection wait for 3 to 5 days and then put the nose pin
