Can I take Azee 500 twice for quick relief for strep throat I had taken one in morning but my throat is itching very much

Every 2 to three month gap iam suffering from. throat infection with high fever , this problem started from 10 years old , currently i have 32 years age , what,s causes this and how to get rid of this problem that hinder my life activities, i missed so many opppurtunities due to this  and it ruined my life, if started it will cure after 7 days , minimum for complete recovery ? throat picture attached

I have had cold for the past week and it is finally reducing. But today when I blew my nose, there was blood with the snot. I had noticed very little blood twice before this as well. But today, there was more blood than the last two times. Is it something to be worried about? Or could it just be because I was frequently blowing my nose?

It's been almost 2 weeks my throat feels dry all the time even of i drink water. I always drink warm water all the time. Even of drinking alot of water my throat always feels dry and I have urge to drink to water again. Also note I have hyper acidity problems. Please tell me why I have dry throat even after I drink plenty of fluid.
