Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have neck pain daily basis And dizziness while turning my neck , unable to balance while walking Or standing in One place feels like body is moving .pain in the neck while speaking as well my my audiogram report is Normal , my xray says midly lumbar spondylysis l3,l4 , checked with ent doctor he Said my ear is fine .need to get MRI done is it required what could be the problem please help anyone I would be very thankful ...

Hi doctor I am having ringing in ears And difficult to stand in One place I had done audiogram test And my report says hearing is fine And ent doctor Said my ear drum is good but I am facing this neck pain And difficult walking Or balancing kindly help I want to  take second suggestion .

I am suffering from frequent sore throat since last four months, it comes and goes, but by taking antibiotics and prescribed medicines from general physician and after taking medicine and doing gargle with saltwater it gets normal, but after some days it comes back again, I feel slight discomfort and irritation in throat and mouth, my ear also gets hurt from noisy environments, that makes like drum sounds, apart from, blood came out from mouth only one time till now, I consulted ENT in Aligarh, he told me acid reflux issue and pharyngitis. Please tell me, should I worry about it or not?

I have started experiencing multiple issues only from last 1 year. Otherwise I was all fit and fine 1) My digestion has become bad, lot of gastric problem, heaviness after eating 2) Loosing even 1 kg of weight is a challenge 3) My eyesight is weakening every 2 months which was stagnant for last 5 years 4) Frequent urination 5) I feel a constant need to swallow, sleeping has become irregular and disturbed I fear my SPo2 is low during sleep. Cud it be sleep apnea. I am worried and not sure. Please help

I'm feeling that my uvula touches the tongue it is painless and i want to know if there are any symptoms of STD? I'm just having a little bit of a cough for 2 days and nothing else Can anyone please help me by giving the best advice ?
