Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have swollen taste buds at the back of my tongue since 2017 .Is this normal.I don't have any pain and discomfort but I got scared when  I get researched about it in Google site .It almost kill me .please suggest me how it will go.

Hello Doctor, My Mother is having a problem in her ear. she is 50 yrs old and it's been sometimes she is unable to listen properly so we need to raise the voice a little bit high so that she can listen to it. Pls let us know what could be a problem.

My 10yr old son is feeling pressure in his temples and below eyebrows after doing jal neti. He has excessive mucus production in nose and nose was blocked during jal neti today. Water did not flow through the left nostril due to block and head started feeling heavy. Only a little water was poured around 4 to 6 teaspoon amount and we stopped it immediately. His dizzy feeling stopped soon but pressure in temples and below eyebrows is continuing. He feels like water is still present in the head. Is this normal or we should seek medical help.

Hello I'm male 25. I've done a TSH test recently. My results for TSH is 5.445. is it normal. I read so many articles online that above 4.049 it's not normal and the patients need to take medicines life long or have surgery. I don't want to do either of them. Is it possible to decrease the TSH below 4 with traditional medicines which i can stop after it drops to 4. Thank you

My husband is 39 years old. For the last one month he is having cough, pain in throat that goes upto ear. Doctor told it to be an infection and suggested anti biotics. For almost two months, i have these symptoms. Whenever I have anything cold be it water or icecream or anything. The next morning I have running nose and constant sneezing. Sneezing comes and goes but running nose stays. I feel it's sinusitis but the sinuses portion doesn't pain much. I know I can avoid cold items and be good, but I would want to know the actual cause of it. I usually take levocetirizine and I am okay next. Please also suggest if this is something I should consult to ENT or Genral Physician. Thank in advance
