If the onset of your fever is recent,you can use tablet paracetamol 650 mg 3 times daily,tab cetrizine 10 mg once daily and zecuff syrup 10 ml 3 times daily if you have cough plus vitamin c 1 gm daily
Drink warm water
Use fresh fruits
Increase protein intake ,soups
Avoid spicy food
