Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Day 1: mild fever 99F, took a paracetamol 500mg tablet Day 2: No fever.Throat pain, cough and running nose. Day 3: No fever,cough and no mucus in nose. Only throat pain but I lost my smell. Can anyone suggest me will I be able to get back my smell?
