Stuffy right nostril
I am having difficulty in breathing from my right nostril since 2 to 3 months.. ct scan shows turbinate hypertrophy and sinusitis.. I fear i may have allergy as well.. i have used fluticasone and azelastine nasal spray for about 15 days but no improvement in symptoms.. please guide me further

U may need some more time for medicines to work depending upon the extent of disease in CT scan. In cases of sinusitis if thr is Failure of medical management then sinus surgery is the recommendation.
