Inferior Turbinate Hypertrophy
I have been having breathing difficulty from my right nostril since past 3 and a half months my nasal endoscopy and ct scan show turbinate hypertrophy.. i have been using fluticasone ft nasal spray since past 20 days but there is no improvement please guide me

It takes time for fluticasone spray to bring significant reduction in turbinate size. For a quick fix go for laser turbinoplasty or cauterization

Otrivin nasal spray, 2 puffs both nostrils twice daily.
