Regarding ENT
I am using hearing aid since last one year. I can hear and talk properly on phone but it is difficult for me to hear in room or class room .can I get hearing impaired certificate. My hearing loss is about 60db

If u have irreversible documented hearing loss of 60db u can get the certificate. Valid and authentic certificate is provided by recommendation of district medical board (Board of govt doctors) u need to produce your hearing report (audiometry) and other documents to them.

Yes you can get but the percentage of disability will involve hearing level in both ear combined
