Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My child is 2 yr old. Her nose looks blocked during sleep. She is having trouble sleeping because of this. Waking up often and sneezing frequently.. For past 2 weeks she is facing this. Doctor gave cetrizine and nasonex still same.photo attached.

Hello Dr I m 39 yrs old .I had viral fever two times in the month of July after that I started coughing dr. Told me to take telecast L which I took but whenever I eat something it seems that some participants got stuck in my lower neck and upper chest kindly tell me the reason and solution.thanks and Regards

Becz of work from home I need to wear earphones or earbuds more than 12 hours because of which now I am feeling pain in my both ears anyone can suggest drops for that ?

I am suffering from heavy cold and cough sometimes red cough, weakness and body pain for more than a week, consulted a doctor and had some blood test where I could notice that I have CRP as 26, is it dangerous or normal?

Sir I have prblm in nose... Difficulty in breathing as I feel I am not getting inhale completely...nose from outside is dry but inside it is always like cough.. normal smell I can't identify. Suffering from past 3+ years thick mucus keeps dropping behind my throat My mouth won't feel fresh at all times Il have morning breath the entire day I have tried using many otc medication Mouth freshers Mouth sprays Stream on regular basis Nothing is of any use

I had fever and throat infection one month before. Fever gone in 2 Days. Consulted ENT for throat infection and taken Antibiotic as suggested. Felt relief from pain and itching but i had feeling of like something is stuck in throat. Since one month i feel same . Consulted 3 ENT doctors in one month had several visits. Tests done : 2 times Endoscopy and CT-Scan Neck. Both are normal . Doctors  says that no big issue ,PPW is congested and swelling . Swelling will go slowly .Taking antacids as  percribed by doctor . I am taking precautions like no Spicy food, no tea /coffee. But still it feels like something stuck in throat . 70 percent of the times it feel . Rest 30 percent it feel like normal .There is no pain, itching. No problem in swallowing . Please suggest what could be the reason and what more i need to do to get it solved. Its been  more than 30 days now and i am not getting what to do.

Hi recently in my PET Scan some inflammation seen in my throat and my doctor suggested me the tonsillitis surgery..I just want to know what if do not get the surgery done how will it effect my body. Please advise

My mother has thyroid problem and she got operated 25 years back. Now again theiod has swollen even though she is taking tablets. Doctor suggested fnac to find thyroid cancer . We got reports which i have attached please confirm is it thyroid cancer or any serious problem.
