Please suggest Substitute of betnisol n eye drop. Betnisol n is not available in market so please suggest alternate for this eye drop

I got my first symptoms on 1st August Night with Mild cold. Next day on 2nd August Evening I got Fever, so I 3rd Qugust i tested positive. At present, I didn't have cold but sometimes feel scratchy throat, some weakness and sometimes lower back pain. Can I join my family members now? Or wait for how much time?

I got my first symptoms with mild cold on 1st August Night, then in the morning next day, I started feeling something is happening inside my body, in the evening on 2nd August I got low grade fever, which was gone after few hours, on 3rd August, I tested positive, I didn't get any symptom other than scratchy throat & cold, till 7th Evening. I was feeling well till 7th Evening, on 7th Evening, I got sensation that i will get the fever, but I didn't get fever, but my body start feeling weak, At present I have lower back pain sometime, some weakness. Just I want to confirm that Am I recovered from Covid or Not? Can I Retest Myself with Antigen Test tomorrow? I have to go more than 200km by train on 13 August for Important Exam. Will I go or not?

My main problem is ear pain I have ear and buzzing sound most in left ear Whenever I listen any loud sound pain and buzzing sound increases. Apart from this I have dizziness sometimes. Gale me kharash. And have urine infection. And weakness. I want to know what is it called I met doctor Doctor said both ear looks normal Doctor examined says both ear are normal Tinnitus or otitis or anything else?

I have no pain when swallowing food. But after eating I can feel food is moving slowly and presence of some food in throat . What's the solution for this?. I am feeling uncomfortable.

I am certainly not sure how short breath feels like, but it is pressure from the chest. With me I feel pressure from throat like I can't breath, please assist what can be the cause?
