Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My mother felt something stuck in her throat...When I checked I found that there are blood stains on the soft palate. And also there is a white stuff looking like a seed in her throat and some blood stains near it too. I am not able to understand what is that. And I am also confused if this is a cancer symptoms or not... Please help.

I have ear infection before five days cleaned ear from ent specialist treatment of antibiotics also started no ear drop is prescribed feeling little ear blocked and wet inside ear

White spots on left tonsil and high fever around 103. Same thing occurred 2 months back too. Why reoccurring? I am fed up. Do i need to take antibiotics again or it will heal itself.
