Bad smell from mouth

I'm suffering from bad breath for 8 years, I consulted dentist and they cleaned the teeth, but no solution still bad breath is there. I also clean nd brush the teeth 2-3 times in a day. I think bad breath is occurring from stomach or throat. Please help in this🙏 as this is killing me internally
