Pain in tongue
My son is 8 year old and often complaint of headache and also he has bearable pain in his tongue from last few days and when I checked I saw a black tinge spot.
Pic attached .what is this . I am little worried please help

It looks normal. Tongue discoloration is not abnormal always. Go for physical appointment to ENT specialist for better understanding
