Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I cough a lot before going to bed and after getting up early in the morning. I consulted ENT and he diagnosed it as allergic cough.

Blocked and running nose since 6 months. Wheezing and cough problems sometimes. Breathlessness which effects sleep wake cycle. Breathlessness increased by doing exercise. Not associated with fever.

I an facing problem of mouth breathing and in turn dry mouth in morning. Sometimes I need to wake up around 4am with dry mouth problem. Due to this my throat becomes sore also. Am I facing problem of sleeping apnea. I am facing this problem from only last around 5 months. I gained around 5kg weight during this time. I checked with ENT consultant and he told me to go for surgery of nose and asked me to have CT scan. I wanted to check do I really need to go for surgery or there any problem related to breathing?

Since last 4 days I am having white ulcer type wound in the inner wall of my mouth. It hurts and causes fever. It's getting bigger with time. So far only at one place. I am afraid it is not cancer. Please help me. I shall be grateful to you.

I am having puberphonia and I was 18 years old boy. I feel that my voice is not yet broken and it still like an childish. I had faced lots of problems with my voice from past 3 years. All my friends are having a low pitch, deeper, masculine voice. But I am still not. I am afraid about my voice and I feel that the voice which I am having will suffer my future. I had consulted three ENT specialist and they r also saying its PUBERPHONIA and they are saying its purely and completely curable by voice therapy. I went to two speech therapist in my area for two weeks each. But I am unable to find any change in my voice and I am practicing daily what therapists told but I am unable to found any changes. After therapy also my voice is like as before. Please help me sir. Please tell me what can I do to get a deeper, masculine, low pitch voice soon.
