Hi bleeding blood from nose. While split from nose that time bleeding blood from left nose. What is the treatment for that ?

From past two days my daughter has severe pain under ear and throat. She is unable to turn her neck, unable to sleep or bend backwards. We have already consulted our family doctor who is a general physician. He told about lymphy nodes problem and it's common. Two days back she had ice cream and also she was playing with ice cubes at her friends home. From yesterday morning onwards she is not feeling well and the temperature raised to 101 deg.
