Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello One of my friend had a throat infection along with cold . After meeting a physician and completed the course of medication . But her voice is still the same . Medication was completed prior to one week . But still Has the same voice when she had her throat infection . Please let us know what to do

Ear ache earlier and now feeling like air is pumped in ear and feeling very uncomfortable what shall i do

I had infection in Throat for which I had showed doctor and took the medicines for a week.. The doc had said that the infection has spread to ear as well.. Now few days after I stopped taking the meds my ear is paining again.. Should I start taking the same anti biotic medicines again or consult another doctor?

I burnt my upper jaw muscles while drinking hot milk. Initially a layer of skin got removed and after some days a small wound appeared. Later on it went on increasing. I consulted an ENT Doctor and he suggested me medicines of Vitamin (Polybion Injection for 10days, A Plus Multivitamin Tablets, Limcee & Bestovit Fort). Even after 3 months, that mass is still there and now my doctor suggests excision of granular mass on upper jaw muscular surface. I have attached the image of the wound, please suggest what would be the right thing to do.
