Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have bone coming out from back of ears.I had this since 5 yrs ,I neglected it.but now my left side of head is paining and one vein is pumping fast.my question is that...do my headache is due to that bone?

I was feeling some pain in my right ear,I went to my sister to see is she can see anything inside,she said it might be a pimple or wax inside ,I had no idea .. I thought of using hydrogen peroxide to clean ears,side the chance of having an pimple in right ear was there I thought of cleaning the left one first I placed hydrogen peroxide (by sister) in ear for 7-8 mins then drain it out and then my sis cleaned it a lil bit but I still don't have any clue for the right one and would like to get the wax removal done(since my sis said that she saw a lot of wax and removed some of it),where can I get it done ? Please tell And after what duration should I get wax removed ?(in what interval of time)

I want to ask that medicines that doctor prescribed to me are given in first photo But medical store had given me some other medicine as alternative that are given in second and third photos. Is it safe to take these medicine as alternative ?? Plz suggest .

Hi doctor.! I often feel like taking deep breath (complete inhalation) till I get a satisfactory feeling near my lower glottis and if I don't take deep breaths I feel like yawning and this continues till I get that feeling on my lower glottis. This became severe when I stopped smoking completely.

Is Tufpro suspension dosage includes drinking it or is it to be administered only orally( like gargle and spit it out) ?

Pricking and burning throat pain for the lay four days when I gargle with hot water and salt it reduces , I even tried antibiotics but still painful! Right side

My ears got blocked last Wednesday. I met an ENT. He diagnosed that it is a middle ear infection and my eustachian tube is blocked. I was on an antibiotic (Cepodem XP 325) for 1 week. It made no difference. Now I visited another ENT specialist and showed him the earlier prescription. He has prescribed Augmentin 625 and suggested steam inhalation. Both doctors prescribed Otrinoz nasal drops. Now I have started the second antibiotic course. I would like to know how long will this take to heal. My hearing is affected due to this and I hear my own voice loudly. Please suggest any way to be healed from this condition.

My ear audible sense is getting low.I'm unable to hear low voices.I don't know it is problem with dust particles presented in my ear or not.can you please suggest whoom I need to contact. Is there any need of clean my ears by consulting ENT specialist. Currently I'm living madhapur Hyderabad.suggest me near by hospitals Thanks in advance.
