Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi sir Recently I had visited an ent specialist because of a little disturbance in my left ear so doctor asked me to get an xray after seeing my xray he told me that I had a hole in eardrum and prescribed me ear drops and tablets , he told me that problem will be cleared by using medicines and asked me to come after 7 days but due to some personal reasons I didn't go to the doctor, here my questions are 1. Problem is still existing for me , if I delay to go to the doctor will it become worse? 2. When I googled for this problem a small surgery is done to patch the hole ,is this compulsory to get rid of that very slight disturbance or if there are any medicines to get rid of the problem Thanks Rajesh

I'm suffering from cold and throat infection for the last two days. Got cheston cold and amrox-ls cough syrup from a local pharmacy, however cold didn't went down but the throat pain increased, would like to know is this is normal or need to seek doctor

I got cold few weeks ago and i am good now but my nose get blocked when i sleep so i use nasal drops doc told me to take steam but i took the drops and using till now but its not helping what to do.

My sister getting a small continuous sound in her both ears from 2 months .. We have already consulted a ENT specialist in our home town , he cleaned both ears but even though the problem is not cleared she is still suffering with that problem ... Hi, since yesterday I am experiencing high fever and severe body and headache. Temperature rose up to very high last night. Taken one calpol and one acemiz plus. Hence temperature fell down to normal after an hour but since today morning its come up again. Just checked now and it was there. I have checked my tonsil because I am getting little difficulties while swallowing the food. I have checked and found that its all swollen and red. I am not able to go out to my office.. Please help.
